How It Works
- Submit your request — describe your lost item; your dedicated agent reaches out within 30 minutes.
- We search official channels in Japanese — police (koban), JR and metro lost-and-found offices, taxis, and public facilities, monitored for up to 90 days.
- Recovery & shipping where permitted — if the item is located, we arrange collection where permitted and international shipping subject to carrier and destination rules, charged separately at actual cost.
Pricing
- Standard Plan — $35 upfront + $15 success fee only if we find it. 90-day monitoring of official channels. Best for wallets, bags, clothing, souvenirs. No success fee if not found.
- URGENT SOS Plan — $150 priority assistance fee — immediate top-priority agent action, guidance on emergency travel document requirements, done-for-you Japanese paperwork preparation, and directions to the nearest police box and embassy. Best for passports, smartphones, and flight-critical items. We provide assistance; we do not issue passports, and embassy fees, eligibility and processing times are set by the issuing authority.
International shipping is charged separately at actual cost. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
